History of project
Having been passionate about cooking since I was helping my grandmothers to prepare family meals, I have a passion for creating and eating food. Having evolved family recipes and striving both to work and raise a family both in Cork and Waterford, I have been influenced by many wonderful countries, people and ingredients.
Last year competing on RTE's Heat programme I realised I wanted to help people to learn to cook in a different environment that wasn't textbook. To have a bit of fun a glass of wine, and learn some new techniques. I am continuing my food journey, I want to encourage others along the path.
